Crowell+ Digital Marketing Group Associate

As part of the Crowell+ Digital Marketing Group, I helped launch and promote Biola’s Adaptive MBA program by co-developing the earned media and partnership strategy. I built connections with university departments, alums, local churches, and external partners. I led the Athletics partnership, presenting to administrators and coaches on how the program supports student-athletes beyond sports. This experience strengthened my skills in outreach, storytelling, and campaign execution, while positioning the Adaptive MBA as a flexible and career-building program.

Partnerships and Outreach

In this role, I co-developed and managed the earned media and strategic partnership strategy. I led outreach and relationship management with university departments, alumni, local churches, and external partners to build awareness and credibility. A key highlight was leading the partnership with Biola Athletics, where I presented to administrators and coaches on how the Adaptive MBA supports student-athletes in preparing for life and leadership beyond sports.

Content Manager

I’ll be continuing with the Crowell+ team to support the next phase of this project in a new role as Content Manager for Owned Media Strategy. In this position, I’ll oversee content planning and production across Biola’s owned channels, manage the digital press kit and content packages for partners, and track analytics to measure impact. This next step will allow me to build on my experience while shaping the ongoing voice and visibility of the Adaptive MBA campaign.
